Statement from Tom Reed on his vote in favor of the "Path to Prosperity" budget

Statement from Tom Reed on his vote in favor of  the “Path to Prosperity” budget:

“I voted in favor of the ‘Path to Prosperity’ budget because it represents a good long-term spending management plan for taxpayers. We are dealing with a national debt of more than $15 trillion and annual deficits which add more than $1 trillion to that debt every year – leaving our children and grandchildren with the bill. We need to be honest about Washington’s spending problem, which is threatening critical programs like Social Security and Medicare. We need to cut spending to have a stable and secure future. Now it’s time for the Senate to present its vision on how to address this spending crisis and give Americans a true choice. ”
