Tom Reed Visits Sitel in Painted Post

Yesterday Tom Reed visited the SITEL call center in Painted Post, which specializes in customer service chat and voice services for companies including Verizon, Toys “R” Us and Dow Jones. Reed opened up the floor for an open employee town hall to discuss new contracts, which has resulted in 200 new employee hires, and job growth in the Southern Tier.

“I care about job growth in the Southern Tier,” Reed said. “Businesses like SITEL are increasing projects with new contracts and bringing more good jobs right here in the district.”

SITEL is one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management that employs over 450 employees, and is the most important call center used by Dow Jones.
